Data Collection Methods

Collecting data was a crucial step into not only finding the performance gap, but figuring out how best to close the gap and help out the company overall. To do so, we reached out to the owners of the venue and had one-on-one interviews to get their individual perspectives about the business. We also had a team member visit the venue and observe what a typical weekend looks like at the Barn at Walnut Grove.
